Skin Toner

This hack is one I use a lot and that is using apple cider vinegar as a toner.

All you have to do is fill up a bottle with part water and part vinegar and you’re going to put it onto a little cotton pad and wipe it all over your face, avoiding the eyes.

This is going to reduce red spots, exfoliate and balance pH of your skin and also reduce your pore size.

Another toner is great if you have any scarring from acne and it’s also really great for premature aging.

First, steep some green tea. It’s rich in antioxidants that protect the skin against free radicals. It will also improve the skin’s elasticity.

Let it cool down completely and add apple cider vinegar to a bottle. Pour in the green tea. I’m doing one part apple cider vinegar and 2 parts green tea. But you can adjust the ratios to fit your skin type.

Add a few drops of Frankincense essential oils to help reduce the appearance of scars and redness.

Oily Skin

The next use includes witch hazel, which is good nature’s astringent. It helps remove excess oil on the skin but it doesn’t dry out the skin.

Add one part of apple cider vinegar, one part witch hazel and one part water. I also like to add a few drops of lavender essential oil because it’s known to help speed up the cell renewal process. This will also help things like dark spots and wrinkles.

Another recipe, if you struggle with oily or acne-prone skin, it’s also super easy to make. Dilute apple cider vinegar with plain water and then add tea tree, which has great antibacterial properties. It’ helps with things like breakouts and it’s a natural solvent that breaks up anything that’s clogging the pores. Wipe this all over your face right after cleansing.

Dry Skin

The next hack is perfect for dry or sensitive skin. This recipe contains rose water, which is a natural skin softener, it keeps skin hydrated and like apple cider vinegar it brings the skin’s pH back to normal. Mix equal parts of both and apply to your face.

Acne

You can also use it to prevent any pimples or acne. Apple cider vinegar can kill germs and also clean your pores.

To prevent anything from forming, all you have to do is soak a cotton ball, allow it to sit for 10 minutes and then you’re going to rinse it off with some warm water.

Detox Mask

With apple cider vinegar you can make a detox mask. What I mean by that is take any of your favorite clay mask that you have, put it into a little bowl and then you’re going to add about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it.

You’re going to mix it together and then apply it all over your face. When you apply it, make sure you’re avoiding your eyes.

This is gonna help detoxify your skin and also exfoliate your skin. It’s gonna give you nice glowy and smooth skin.

Moisturizer

You can add apple cider vinegar into your favorite moisturizer. You could just add a few drops into it and then you mix it together and apply it all over your body.

There’s so many benefits by doing this. It can also help preserve your moisturizers to last even longer and as well as it’s even seen to help a lot of people who have eczema. There’s just so many benefits to the skin by doing this.

Nails

For this first use, all you’re going to need is a small bowl and you’re going to pour about half a cup of apple cider vinegar into the bowl. Once you’re done doing that, you’re going to take your nails and soak it into the bowl.

I like to keep it there for about a few minutes and you can do this over time. Basically this strengthens brittle nails. So if you have really brittle nails, I definitely recommend doing this and over time you’re really gonna notice a difference and your nails are gonna be much stronger.

Dandruff

Apple cider vinegar is great for getting rid of dandruff. All you have to do is spray some of the apple cider vinegar into your scalp. Let it sit for about one hour and then you’re gonna rinse it away in the shower.

This is gonna help restore your pH level in your scalp and it’s going to make sure that you don’t get any dandruff. Make sure you shampoo it as usual and then just rinse it out and you’ll be good to go.

Deodorant

If you’re ever in a pinch or an emergency situation, apple cider vinegar can actually be used as a natural deodorant.

All you have to do is rub the vinegar underneath your underarms, allow it to dry and it’s going to neutralize and absorb the odor. However I don’t recommend doing this right after shaving because you’re going to feel a sting.

Foot Odor

If you have really bad foot odor, apple cider vinegar is great for that. All you need is a big bowl of water and then you’re going to put one cup of the vinegar into it. Mix it with a spoon and then you’re going to soak your feet into it. You can keep it in for 10-15 minutes.

This is going to kill any foot odor you have. It’s gonna make your feet smell nice and fresh and there will be no more stinky feet problems left.

Bed Breath

If you’re in a pinch and you have really bad breath, an easy way to get rid of it is take your apple cider mixture, the same thing we used for the weight loss, and all you have to do is gargle it in your mouth for 30 seconds. It’s gonna get rid of any bad breath you may have.

Weight Loss

I’m sure a lot of you heard the apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss. All you’re gonna need is a a glass of water, about eight ounces, and you’re just gonna take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, throw it into the water and mix it all up.

You can even add a little bit of lemon. Once you’re done with that, all you have to do is drink it. A lot of people like to drink this right in the morning or before every meal.

Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which doesn’t let the calories enter your bloodstream. Thereby it reduces those extra pounds. You have to sure that you’re diluting the apple cider vinegar. That is really important.
