Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites

Skinless Salmon Filet

1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions:

  • Slice the skinless salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 inches each).
  • In a bowl, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the salmon pieces.
  • Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Use your hands to massage the oil and seasoning into the salmon for even flavor.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add half of the seasoned salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms on the bottom.
  • Carefully flip the salmon bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove the cooked salmon from the skillet and set aside. Repeat with the remaining salmon bites.
  • In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Allow it to melt.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Stir in the honey and soy sauce (if using), mixing well to combine. Let the glaze simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return all the seared salmon bites to the skillet, coating them well in the honey butter garlic glaze.
  • Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon to baste it, until the salmon is fully cooked and glazed.
  • Plate the honey butter garlic glazed salmon bites and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
  • Serve with your choice of sides such as steamed vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
