2/3 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal of the bagels.
- In a large bowl, combine 2/3 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 cup of almond flour, 1/4 cup of tapioca flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
