Making homemade potato chips in the air fryer is a game-changer when it comes to snacking!

Ingredients:
Russet Potatoes: 2 ea
Smoked Paprika: 1 tbsp
Onion Powder: ½ tbsp
Garlic Powder: ½ tbsp
Chili Powder: 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar: 1 tsp
White Pepper: 1 tsp
Oil: ¼ cup
Salt Kosher: to taste
Directions:
Thinly slice russet potatoes
Soak sliced potatoes for 15min
Drain and re soak potatoes for another 15min
Add water and salt to pot, bring to a boil and simmer
Drain sliced potatoes and add to simmering water for 2 min
Remove potatoes and cool on sheet pan
Drizzle potatoes with oil gently to coat
Pre heat air fryer to 375 degrees
Add half of sliced potatoes to air fryer basket and cook in air fryer for 15 – 30 min. shack basket every 5 – 6 min. (if cooking a lot of chips, you will need to cook in batches)
In a small bowl add salt, paprika, onion, garlic, chili and powdered sugar and mix
Toss finished chips with desired amount of seasoning
