Whenever I don't know what to make for dinner, I make these quick, easy, and healthy recipes

Recipe #1

Olive oil.
1 sweet onion.
Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden.
1 lb ground beef.
Season with salt and black pepper.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
1 carrot.
1/2 small cabbage.
Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes over low heat.
2 eggs.
5 tbsp sour cream + 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
7 tbsp flour + 1 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp Salt + 1 tsp Sugar.
Grease the pan with 1 tbsp butter or vegetable oil.
Pour half of the batter into the casserole dish.
Then add cabbage-beef mixture.
Pour the rest of the batter.
Bake for 35 minutes at 360°F/180°C.

Delicious Dinner Recipes

Recipe #2 

1 cabbage, about 1.7 pounds / 770g.
1 pound / 450g ground beef, pork or turkey.
1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp dried parsley.
1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds,
1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp dried thyme, 1/4 tsp dried sage.
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste.
1 tbsp butter.
Put about 1/3 of the cabbage in buttered dish.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Cover with 1/2 the meat.
Add 1/2 tbsp butter.
Repeat, ending with a final layer of cabbage, and top with butter.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Cover dish tightly with a layer of parchment paper.
Then top with a lid or a layer of aluminum foil.
Bake at 300 °F / 150°C for about 2 hours, until cabbage is soft and sweet.

Recipe #3

2 Eggs.
Season with black pepper.
Add 1 tbsp all-purpose flour and mix well.
1/2 head of small cabbage.
Cut the cabbage as thin as possible.
1 carrot.
Green onion.
4 thin slices of ham (optional).
Dill or cilantro (optional).
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
If you are adding ham, add a small pinch of salt as the ham is already salty.
Mix well.
Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter.
Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Add eggs.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add 2 slices Gruyere cheese.
You can definitely finish cooking on the stove just by putting the lid on, but I prefer under the broiler in the oven.

Recipe #4

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
2 medium onions.
Fry the onion for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2 garlic cloves.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add garlic to the onion and reduce heat to low,
Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
1 small cabbage.
Add the cabbage to the onion and fry for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Fresh thyme or 1 tsp dry.
Grease the pan with 1 tsp butter.
Thinly slice 2 medium potatoes.
4 eggs.
1/2 cup / 120 ml whole milk.
Season with Salt and black pepper.
1 cup / 120g Gruyère cheese.
Add cabbage.
Mix well and add on top of the potatoes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Serve with 1 tbsp sour cream (optional).
1 cabbage about about 1 kg /2 lbs.

Recipe #5

Transfer cabbage to a bowl.
3 garlic cloves.
2 tbsp fresh sage or 1 tbsp dried sage.
130g / 4.5 oz Gruyère.
1/4 cup / 30g Parmesan.
Mix well.
450g / 1 lbs potatoes.
Season with salt black pepper.
1/2 tsp Nutmeg.
Mix well.
Grease the pan with 1 tbsp butter.
Transfer the cabbage and potatoes to the pan.
470 ml / 2 cups whole milk.
4 tbsp sour cream or crème fraîche.
Mix well.
Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 1 hour and 20 min, until top is golden brown.
During the first hour, press 2-3 times the vegetables down into the liquid, using the back of a spoon.
