Ingredients:
3lbs/1,4 kilo minced beef and pork 50/50
3 raw eggs plus 3 boiled eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
1tbsp fresh thyme or 1tsp dried thyme
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1lbs/400gr of bacon
Half a cup peas
3 small carrots
3 pickled cucumbers
Fresh parsley
150gr mozzarella cheese
1 handful of breadcrumbs
50ml double cream
1lbs/500gr mushrooms
Salt, pepper
For the glaze
6 tbsp/80ml ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp vinegar
Cook in a preheated oven 350F/175C for 40 minutes then take it out and spread the glaze, cook for 30 minutes more with the glaze on 390F/200C.
When making the glaze heat it up on low heat until the brown sugar has melted.
