This homemade version of the beloved cookie butter is smooth, creamy, and packed with that irresistible flavor, making it perfect for spreading on toast, drizzling over pancakes, or simply enjoying by the spoonful.
Best of all, it’s surprisingly easy to make, and you probably already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen.
Ingredients
• 125g Lotus Biscoff Cookies
• 20g / 2tbsp Brown Sugar
• 80g / 1/3cup Evaporated milk
• 15g / 1tbsp Butter ( Room Temp)
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Lotus Biscoff Spread
1. Crush the cookies in a food processor
2. Add the brown sugar, salt, and the cinnamon
3. Pulse until it’s mixed well
4. Add the evaporated milk and mix until it forms a paste
5. Add the butter and pulse again
6. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate
7. Use on toast or in your favorite desserts
