- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 9 oz (250 g) mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the lukewarm milk, egg, and softened butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, a tablespoon at a time.
- Knead the Dough:
