Ingredients:
• 1 ½ – 2 pounds lean ground turkey
• 1 medium yellow onion, diced
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic, about 3 cloves
• 3 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 (15 ounce can) red kidney beans, rinsed
• 1 (15 ounce can) navy beans, rinsed
• 1 (14.5 ounce can) diced tomatoes
• 2 (4.5 ounce cans) green chilies
• Shredded cheese, cilantro, sour cream for serving

Instructions:
- Heat a large pot over medium high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add in the onion and celery and sauté 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper and saute 1 minute more.
- Stir in the chicken broth, tomatoes, beans, and green chilies.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, covered, 45-60 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Serve topped with cheese and sour cream as desired.
