- Blanch green beans by boiling them for 3-4 minutes, then transferring them to ice water to keep their color. Pat dry.
- Gather 5-6 green beans, wrap with half a slice of bacon, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush each bacon-wrapped bundle with this mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and green beans are tender. Serve warm!

Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into ¼-inch rounds
