I no longer fry the ribs in a frying pan, but bake them in the oven with potatoes and vegetables.

The main ingredient of this dish is pork ribs, which I cook on a baking sheet right along with the potatoes.

One tray will make a full lunch or dinner for the whole family. This rib recipe is so delicious that my family wants to cook it very often.

Ingredients:

4 pounds pork ribs (about 2 kg)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoons wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
5-6 potatoes
1 large carrot
1 large onion
2-3 cloves of garlic

Easy Tender Pork Ribs Recipe

Directions:

Be sure to remove the silver skin.
This is best done with a paper towel.
Cut into portioned pieces.
Transfer the ribs to a large bowl.
Add salt. About 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Freshly ground black pepper.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Rub the pork ribs on both sides with the spices.
Let the ribs marinate while we prepare the vegetables.
and prepare the sauce for the ribs.
2 tablespoons of honey.
1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
1 teaspoons soy sauce.
1 teaspoons wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar).
1 tsp garlic powder.
1 tsp smoked paprika.
Mix well until smooth.
5-6 potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into large slices.
Place all vegetables in a large bowl.
Chop one large carrot.
Cut 1 large onion into half rings.
Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Salt the vegetables well.
Add a teaspoon of sweet paprika.
Add Italian seasoning if desired.
Pour in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix vegetables and seasonings thoroughly.
Sear the pork ribs until browned.
Cook over high heat on both sides.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Place the vegetables on a baking sheet.
When the ribs are browned, place them on a baking sheet.
Brush the ribs with the glaze.
Grease the ribs well on all sides.
Save half of the icing for later.
Parchment.
Cover the baking sheet tightly with foil.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 50 minutes.
After 50 minutes, remove the pork ribs from the oven.
Turn the ribs over.
Brush the ribs with the remaining glaze.
Fry for another 15 minutes
