Ingredients:
• 1 bag of sweet potato chips
• 1 cup canned black beans, drained
• 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
• Black olives, sliced
• 1⁄4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
• 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• ½ cup avocado, diced
• 1 cup triple cheddar shredded cheese
• 1 cup queso fresco, crumbled
Drizzle:
• ¼ Cup sour cream
• ¼ cup ranch dressing
Directions:
