Easy Potato Casserole Recipe With Hash browns For Dinner

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter by rubbing a light coating over the bottom and sides of the dish.

Thaw the hash browns and squeeze them with paper towels to absorb as much water out of them that you possibly can.

Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl and add the soup, onion, yogurt, melted butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Give this a good mix with your clean hand or with a large spoon. Once it is well mixed add the broccoli and stir that in.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with more grated cheese, crushed Siete potato chips, and then finish up with another light topping of cheese.

Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve this with any kind of chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs or fish. It makes a great dish to take to a potluck dinner. Enjoy!
