- ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
- ½ cup peanut butter (preferably runny for easier spreading)
For the Chocolate Layer:
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional Garnish:
- Handful of roasted peanuts
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
- Combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a food processor until crumbly.
- Line a cake tin with parchment paper or lightly grease with coconut oil.
