Ingredients:

Whole chicken legs 6 pc
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
0.3 lb bacon (about 150gr)
0.5 lb Champignons (about 250 gr)
1 onion
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Easy Chicken Legs in The Oven Recipe

To prepare we will need chicken legs. I will cook 6 pieces.
Remove the bone from the chicken thigh.
We make a longitudinal cut and separate the bone from the chicken meat.
Continuing to work carefully with the knife, separate the entire bone.
This is how we get chicken thigh fillet.
We do the same with all the chicken legs.
We separate the bones, obtaining an even layer of chicken meat.
Be careful not to damage the integrity of the meat.
Place a few pieces on a cutting board.
The meat is thicker on the sides.
Cut and open like a book to make the meat layer more even.
Cover with cling film and pat flat.
Lightly beat the meat with a meat mallet.
Add salt to a separate bowl.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon oregano.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder.
Distribute the spices evenly.1 chicken leg is 1 serving.Mix the spices thoroughly.
Sprinkle the chicken thighs with spices.
Rub the chicken with spices.
Place two pieces of chicken, inner sides facing each other.
Just season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Do not sprinkle the outside of the chicken with other seasonings.
The surface may burn during baking. Use only salt and pepper.
Do the same with the other chicken legs.
I cook 6 pieces, you can cook the required amount for your family.

Lightly beat the meat with a kitchen mallet.
Sprinkle the inside of the chicken thighs with the spices.
Distribute the spices evenly.
Place the chicken pieces so that the insides are facing each other.
Just season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Let marinate while you prepare the filling.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Place the bacon pieces in a hot frying pan.
Add bacon if desired. It will make the filling juicy.
Fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Transfer the fried bacon to a separate bowl.

Finely chop the onion.
Add a knob of butter to the pan where the bacon was fried.
Add the onion to the pan.
Fry the onion until soft.
Add mushrooms to the filling.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
You can change the filling ingredients to suit your taste.
Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onions.
Add salt to taste.
Add pepper.
Mix everything well and fry until done.
Transfer the mushrooms to the bowl with the bacon and let cool slightly.
Fresh parsley.
Finely chop the parsley.
Mix thoroughly and the chicken filling is ready.
Place about 1 tablespoon of filling on top of the chicken.
Take the edges of the chicken and press them together.
Form balls with filling as in the video.
Place the chicken in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Form all the chicken meat with the stuffing in this way.
Press the balls firmly to keep the filling inside.
This method secures the chicken leg and keeps the filling inside.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
Brush the chicken with the juices that have been released.
Bake for another 15 minutes at 190°C (374°F) .
