Easy Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (300g)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup ground oats, or oat flour (100g)
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup milk (80ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (65g)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp butter (20g)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350F (180c). In a 20cm square pan, add the butter and brown it in the oven for a few minutes.
