1 dried bay leaf
8 oz frozen peas

Instructions

Prepare the Beef:

  • In a large bowl, coat beef chunks with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Add flour and toss until the beef is evenly coated.

Assemble in the Crockpot:

  • Add the beef to the bottom of a 6-quart crockpot.
