Easy Apple Cider Donut Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 C Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Cloves
10 Tbsp Butter – room temperature
1 1/4 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 C Apple Cider
3/4 C Unsweetened Applesauce
2 tsp Vanilla

2 Tbsp Butter – melted
1/4 C |Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
- Whisk together in a medium sized bowl flour, baking powder,baking soda, spices & salt – set aside
- Beat butter & sugar in a large bowl until light & fluffy, approx 2 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl
pour cider, applesauce & vanilla. Stir around a bit. - Beat flour/apple mixture into the butter alternating small batches until well combined.
- Spoon into well sprayed bundt pan. Bake @ 350° for 45 – 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes then invert onto cake pan.

1 cup apple cider reduction (boil 2 cups apple cider about 10 min, or until reduced by half)
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup dark brown sugar packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 cup applesauce
