1 and 1/2 cup almond flour (150g)
1/2 tsp baking powder (2g)
3 large eggs (room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1/4 tsp salt (1g)
1/2 tsp vanilla (3ml)

1. Preheat oven at 170C/340F. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients: almond flour and baking powder. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs on medium high until light and fluffy. Then add dry ingredients. Mix until incorporated.
3. Brush an 8 inch round pan with oil or melted butter. Line with parchment or baking paper.
