Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries!!

What you’ll need:

2 medium-large sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp oil (vegetable, canola, peanut, flaxseed or ghee)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and black pepper to taste

Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Instructions:

  • Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2″ square sticks resembling fries.
  • Place into a large ziptop bag and add cornstarch.
  • Add in cornstarch and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add in oil, garlic powder, salt and black pepper and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and space evenly apart.
  • Baked in a preheated 425*F oven for 20 minutes, turn over and bake another 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
