Ingredients:
2 pcs. Chicken fillet (each 300 g)
120 g Bacon sliced (4 oz)
100 g cheddar cheese (3 oz)
100 g Ricotta cheese(3 oz)
150 Dried tomatoes (5 oz)
1 tsp. Dried garlic
Salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika to taste
Directions:
- For the filling, add ricotta cheese to a bowl.
- Grate the cheddar cheese on a coarse grater.
- For the filling, mix both types of cheese.
- Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Finely chop fresh herbs.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Add a teaspoon of dry garlic powder.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Let’s prepare 2 chicken fillets.
- Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two equal parts.
- Cover with cling film and beat lightly with a hammer.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Season with smoked paprika.
