2 pcs chicken breast
1/3 lbs feta cheese (about 150 grams)
A bunch of fresh parsley
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lbs Smoked bacon (about 250 grams)
Sauce: olive oil, soy sauce, turmeric and paprika
sesame

Instructions:

Put 1/3 lbs feta cheese (about 150 grams) in a bowl.

Chop finely a bunch of fresh parsley. You can use fresh basil instead of parsley.

Chop 2 cloves of garlic and add to the cheese.

Mash everything with a fork to combine the ingredients.

The filling is ready, set it aside for now.

Cut the breast in half, leaving one side so it opens like a book.

Cover with cling film or a bag.

Beat the chicken breast into a thin layer.

Salt the chicken to taste.

Add pepper to taste.

Spread the bacon over the entire surface of the chicken.
