500g steamed Brussels sprouts steamed.
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
50g grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Start with pre-steamed Brussels sprouts (preparation linked in the channel). Preheat the oven or broiler to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the sprouts with olive oil or butter, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and garlic for a herby, cheesy flavor.
