Ingredients:
2 pcs Chicken Breast 1/2 lbs Champignons (about 250 g) 1 large onion 0.44 lb fresh or smoked bacon (about 200 grams) 2 cloves of garlic 1/3 lb Cheese (about 150 g) Vegetable oil A small bunch of fresh parsley 1 cup 20% heavy cream Salt, pepper to taste 2 tbsp Mustard 2 tbsp whole grain mustard Mix of dried herbs to taste
These juicy baked chicken breasts live up to their name and turn out juicy and delicious every time.
Finely chop the champignon mushrooms.
I use 1/2 pound of button mushrooms (about 250g).
Then chop one large onion.
Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and onions is an impressive, tasty and easy to prepare dish.
Add a couple of cloves of fresh garlic.
Finely chop the garlic.
The ingredients for the filling are almost ready.
Heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
add prepared mushrooms to the pan.
Stir-fry the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until the liquid they release has almost evaporated.
Add chopped onion to the fried mushrooms.
Salt the mushrooms and onions.
Add pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Add chopped garlic at the end.
Place the fried mushrooms in a small bowl.
We will also add fresh parsley to the filling.
Finely chop fresh parsley and add to the bowl.
Add grated cheese to the slightly cooled mushroom filling.
Save some cheese for the sauce.
Mix everything well again, taste the mixture and add more salt or pepper if necessary.
Cut the chicken breast horizontally, forming a “pocket” for the filling.
Salt the chicken fillet to taste.
Season the chicken with your favorite spices.
Fill the chicken breast with the prepared mushroom filling.
Lightly press the filling and close the pocket as tightly as possible.
Repeat the same with the second chicken breast.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in the pan and brown them on the bottom.

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the mustard sauce.
Pour the cream into the pan.
Add 2 tbsp whole grain mustard.
Add 1 tbsp regular mustard.
To stir thoroughly.
Add a few pinches of dried herbs.
Bring the cream to a boil over low heat.
Add salt to the sauce to taste.
Then reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Add some grated cheese to the sauce.
Stirring, cook over low heat for a few more seconds until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms is ready.
