Yogurt Cake Ingredients:
400 g (~ 1 2/3 cup) sweetened yogurt/ flavoured yogurt.
4 eggs.
40g (4 tablespoons) cornstarch.
Tips: If you’re using plain yogurt, add sweetness into it, like maple syrup or agave syrup (about 3 tablespoons) or any kind sweetness you have at home.
– Use 16cm / 6,2 inches round baking pan. Sprinkle with water. Use baking paper
– Bake at 180°C/350°F (top and bottom heat) for 50-60 minutes.
– Cool down and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
